I've spent over 10 years in the cleaning industry, and one thing I've learned is that every family, every home, and every situation is different. That's why I never liked the idea of telling someone "sorry, we don't do that." In fact, some of my favorite jobs are the ones other companies pass on. Whether it's helping someone get their home back under control after a tough season of life, tackling a project that feels overwhelming, or finding a custom solution that fits your budget and needs, I love being able to say, "Yep, we can help with that!"
Pretty Neat Cleaning was built on the belief that cleaning isn't really about spotless floors and shiny countertops (although that is the basics of it all). It's about giving people their time back, reducing stress, and making life a little easier. If I can help a busy parent spend more time with their kids, help an elderly client stay comfortable in their home, or simply give someone one less thing to worry about, then I've done my job.
